Romeu e Julieta - Brazilan dessert from Minas Gerais

Brazilian dessert probably original from the state of Minas Gerais, famous for its milk, cheese and sweets made using milk and other ingredients.

It is made with fresh cheese or traditional cheese  and sweet guava.

Its history goes back to the colonial times when Brasil was a part of Portugal. Some might say that has Bulgarian origin too. Anyway and wherever it might come from it really tastes delicious.
